Hulbert Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC is a family owned business managed by Gene Hulbert Jr., PE and Raymond L. Hulbert, LS providing land surveying, civil, environmental and construction engineering services to residential, municipal, State and Federal, educational facilities, commercial, and private businesses throughout New York State and Pennsylvania.
We have continuously provided surveying and mapping services under Term Agreements for public and private agencies such as Broome County Department of Public Works, New York State Department of Transportation, United States Department of Agriculture and Energy East Management Corp. a.k.a. Iberdrola USA.
Since 2002 we have held a Term Contract providing surveying and mapping services to United States Department of Agriculture/Natural Resource Conservation Services with our most recent contract encompassing all sixty-two (62) counties throughout New York State.
We have provided land surveying services under contract with Broome County continuously since 2002. We have also provided Broome County with Building Code and Inspection Services under a separate Term Contract since 2007. Since 2002 we have performed Construction Management Services for the Binghamton City School District throughout eleven (11) schools.
While providing leadership with value added innovated solutions for each project that provides our customers with the highest standard of professional engineering and land surveying, we have the manpower and state-of-the-art equipment and software to support all project needs from the initial planning, survey, environmental and permitting phases of the project through final design, construction phase and as-built services.
